SHIPPING POLICY

New Zealand delivery 2-5 working days* $free 

 

Australia delivery by NZ Post 5-10 working days* $30

 

Rest of the world by NZ Post 10-15 working days* $50 

Please note we can not send out orders to private P.O. Boxes.

Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may
be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of
destination – these are not included in your purchase.

Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the purchaser and not Ebony West.

All care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however, Ebony West takes no
responsibility for delays in postage not in our control. We do not accept
responsibility for any delays caused by insufficient delivery information.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We do not accept refunds unless the bag is deemed faulty by Ebony West and is not able to be repaired or replaced. 

 

If deemed faulty, Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.  For any returns of exchanges please email us within 5 working days of receiving your order, along with your order number

 

Please email hello@ebonywest.com if you receive a faulty product. Our team will assess it for a refund or replacement.


Ebony West is not liable for the cost of return shipping and ,or lost item being returned. Please make sure you track your returns. 

Sale items can not be refunded.
